Ingredients

  • For the Sliders
  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great!)

  • 8 large eggs

  • ½ cup milk (for fluffy eggs)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon butter (for cooking eggs)

  • 12 slices bacon (cooked until crispy)

  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (or American cheese, cut in half)

  • For the Butter Glaze (Optional, for Extra Flavor)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

Directions

  • Prepare the Bacon
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lay bacon slices in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Scramble the Eggs
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until eggs are fluffy but slightly soft (they will continue cooking in the oven). Remove from heat.
  • Assemble the Sliders
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom half in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the buns.
  • Layer the bacon slices over the eggs.
  • Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each slider.
  • Place the top half of the buns over the fillings.
  • Add the Butter Glaze & Bake
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and maple syrup (if using).
  • Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make It Healthier: Use turkey bacon and whole wheat slider buns for a lighter option.
  • Cheese Variations: Try pepper jack for a spicy kick or Swiss for a milder taste.
  • Egg Bake Method: Instead of scrambling, bake the eggs in a greased 9×13 pan at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, then cut into squares for easier assembly.
  • Freezer-Friendly: Freeze sliders individually and reheat in the microwave or oven for a quick breakfast!

Storage & Reheating

Storage: Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating:

  • Oven: Wrap in foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Air Fryer: Heat at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
  • Microwave: Heat in 30-second intervals until warm.

Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble the sliders the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Bake when ready to serve.
