Directions
- Cook the Chicken
- Grilled Chicken:
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Shredded Chicken (Alternative):
- Boil or bake the chicken breasts until fully cooked.
- Let cool slightly, then shred using two forks.
- Make the Honey Mustard Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
